Location: Quantico, VA 
 S2Technologies is currently sourcing for qualified candidates to join our team.  Qualified candidates will currently possess required experience, Security+ CE certification and hold an Active Secret clearance.  We are currently looking for candidates having training and experience performing as an Assessment & Authorization Support Specialist. 
This contract requires support for Marine Corps A&A and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance, which affects systems and applications throughout the entire Marine Corps. This effort works with all Marine Corps organizations, locations, and commands to ensure all systems and applications meet security requirements cradle to grave. 
The contractor shall assist supplying system security engineering reviews, to include system security evaluations, security test and evaluation (ST&E) execution and review, support the oversight of USMC A&A and FISMA compliance 

Typical activities include:
  • Support the Marine Corps in validation reviews; documentation tracking; Marine Corps Certified Application (MCCA) and Interim Authorization to Test (IATT) or Authorization to Operate/Connect (ATO/C) reviews. The contractor shall present their evaluations, based on technical expertise, as certification that security standards are met, to the Government for approval. 
  • Provide technical support to aid in the development of draft, for Government approval, Marine Corps specific A&A policies and procedures in accordance with DoD and higher-level policy. 
  • Monitor and maintain a central repository of security documentation in the Marine Corps Certification and Accreditation Security Tool (MCCAST). Operate and expand the automated tool used by the Marine Corps,
  • Maintain the MCCAST server to include Cybersecurity IAVM, log reviews, Web/Application/database administration, backup, and patching 
  • Updating MCCAST workflows and adding risk management framework (RMF) transition changes associated to CNSS 1253 and updated 8510.01 
  • Accessible by internal Marine Corps organizations (e.g., the Marine Corps Systems Command, Marine Corps operational forces staff elements, the Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group, etc.) Exportable to other Naval organizations (e.g., NETWARCOM, SPAWAR, DoN CIO, etc.) 
  • Exportable to external DoD organizations, (e.g., DISA, OSD, Joint Chiefs, Unified & Specified Combatant Commands, etc.). 
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  
  • 2 years’ experience in security test and evaluation (ST&E) 
  • 3 years’ experience in systems security evaluation 
  • 2 years of policy and directive writing skills 
  • 1 year USMC tactical network experience 
  • 3 years Systems Security Engineering 
  • 2 years Training 
  • 2 years MCCAST experience 
  • Experience using and analyzing results of the following security, system auditing and hacking tools. 
    2. Remedy (NIPR/SIPR) 
    3. Win2K8R 
    4. SQL2K  
    5. Retina/ACAS 
    6. VMWare 
    7. MS Office products 
    8. SharePoint 
Education:  N/A
Minimum of DOD 8570 IAM II or IAT II Certification.  IAM II: CAP, GSLC, CISM, CASP CE, CISSP (or Associate), or IAT II: GSEC, Security + CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security 
Industry certifications 
  1. MCP Server 2012 / MCP SQL 2014 / VMWare certified 
Security Clearance:  
 Must have at least a final Secret clearance.
