Program Manager
S2Technologies, LLC is looking for a Program Manager with experience managing IT workforces larger than 30 personnel. This professional is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations. Typical duties include:
  • Serve as primary POC for customer and assigned employees on programs/projects. Interface with corporate PMO as needed to resolve any issues or identify personnel for spot awards/bonuses.
  • Effectively manage cost, schedule and performance of assigned projects/programs.
  • All facets of workforce management. Supervise assigned personnel and coordinate with HR for all personnel actions including hiring, performance management, professional development, Training managing and tracking, disciplinary, issue/grievance resolution and termination actions.
  • Approve timesheets and travel reimbursement requests in accordance with project requirements.
  • Provide overall direction of program/project activities ensuring program executes on schedule, within budget and meets all AQL as demonstrated through strong CPARS and PPQs.
  • Manage customer relationship - maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization as appropriate. Participate in customer meetings with government stakeholders, prime contractor program managers, subcontractor management reviews
  • Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.
  • Contribute to growth-focused objectives throughout the organization including pre-bid solutioning, technical writing contributions in proposals, color reviews
  • Promote growth by being a strong steward of the company and expanding our customer base and industry partner network through organic growth of current programs and assist business development/capture management team in pursuit of new work.
  • For newly awarded programs, perform as lead Transition Manager. Create Project Management Plan, Quality Control Plan and other documents as required either by contract or driven by complexity of the program.
  • Participate in strategic planning of the organization’s short- and long-term goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer, Business, or Information Management from an accredited university


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Skills
at least 5 years’ experience in organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/CREDENTIALS
PMP
Security+ Desired – CISSP Preferred
Active Secret Security Clearance
